Swimsuits for a cause - Help children with cancer while getting your child ready for summer
The character in the Princess Lily Series (the books I have written for children with cancer) is based on our daughter, Alice. Alice loves water so I knew one of the books would have Lily in an undersea adventure. So why not design a beautiful mermaid print swimsuit as well as the Princess Lily dress?
Every time someone buys a swimsuit proceeds with go towards supporting OPACC and childhood cancer families.
The OPACC
Ontario Parents Advocating for Children with Cancer (OPACC) was founded in 1995 by parents of children with cancer with a mission to support families of children diagnosed with cancer in Ontario. OPACC provides free programs and services to childhood cancer families through programs like the Parent Liaison program (peer-to-peer, psychosocial support both at the hospitals and virtually), financial support through the Hospital Parking and Gift Card programs, and community support through a network of parent support groups around Ontario. OPACC is funded solely by donations and grants from generous individuals, businesses, organizations, and foundations (no government or hospital funding).
